About me
I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in Canada and a practicing member of the Australian Counselling Association, and College of Supervisors with 10 years of practice across a variety of contexts, and broad lived experience.
With an MA in Narrative Therapy & Community Work, and a background in Transpersonal Art Therapy, music and theatre, my approach is collaborative, creative and non-pathologising. Square Peg Therapy is the home of my independent practice, which has been offering low barrier community centered support to artists, support workers, substance users, gender diverse and neuro-spicey communities in Vancouver since 2017.
Having provided supervision and training to novice and seasoned counsellors interested in integrating Narrative approaches into their practice, I'm pleased to share some of the fruits from the many fruitful conversations I've been part of.
Community-centered, non-pathologising, respectful, relational, grassroots, generative, contemporary, queer, creative, accessible.

A tough life needs a tough language – and that is what poetry is…a language powerful enough to say how it is. It isn’t a hiding place. It is a finding place.”
